    I chose this because I didn't want several different attachments for different parts of the world. I've lost those attachments from other adapters I own. This worked fine in Northern Europe but was awkward when fitting it into the outlet at my hotel. It is bulky shaped and the outside shape of the adaptor was larger than the recessed area in the wall where the outlet was. It did work- but I was nervous about it coming out of the wall very easily. It is fairly inexpensive and did do its job.
