Works very well in a variety of different countries.

Thai was a wrong item--it does NOT convert electric voltage needed for my phone and Kindle in India, and it was returned and exchanged for one costing twice as much.

Worked great on my trip to Switzerland. I was looking for an adapter for my phone chargers and it worked . THis one does not have the USB port though..Look for the other model with the usb port built in too as that gives extra options even though its a little more expensive.

Found this adapter to be good for international travel. It is bit on the bulky side given it's just a pin converter (not the voltage converter). But the good part being that you can slide out only the type of pins you want (depending on the country you are in) vs. an adapter/converter having four sided pins. The main drawback for me is that I found it on the expensive side than most good quality pin converters you can find online. We bought this because we needed one of these right away, otherwise if you have time, look around and you might find a lower cost alternative.

Needed an adapter for Europe trip. The first time I used it was the last. The adapter smelled weird and never turned on the hotpot. Not sure if it was defective or just an inefficient produst.

It did the job but it takes a lot of space at the outlet. Would be nice if you could plug in more than one chord or if it had a USB port.

This works as intended, but a bit too big to carry around everywhere. It may also block more than one outlet points in the power bar.

Great product worked great only slight issue. I have noticed is that little plastic slides on side to open correct prog sometimes get stuck but besides that this was a great item.

20 dollars for the adapter which I believe is 10 dollars too much. Purchased for London trip. Used for IPhone 5s, BT headphones and insignia battery pack. Did the job, no issues.

I also purchased the Ensignia adapter with USB port and I wish I had done so with this one as well. It worked wonderfully but the USB port would have been an added bonus.

I bought this for my mother because she will be out of the country for a month! She found it very useful in Singapore and Philippines, her gadgets are kept charge because of this adapter! Other worries but not her. She keeps on the go!

The plug works a designed, but is a little big. Had an issue a couple times where the length was colliding with an object over the plug.

My father bought this for cuba last month and it was exactly what we needed. It did what it needed to do and it didnt even get hot while i had it plugged in.

Compact, easy to use for overseas travel. Works in all the countries that I travel. The surge protector gives peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone traveling abroad.

We bought this for a trip to Italy. Despite no mention in the instructions, I noticed there is a small fuse inside. Not wanting to be stranded, I bought spare fuses just in case. Much to my surprise it did not work so I replaced the fuse. I can't believe they would install a faulty fuse. It would have totally ruined our trip.

This adapter has it all and is well made. I like the way there is slides to bring the prongs in and out. Can't think of any voltage conversion configuration that it doesn't have.

Good price on necessary item for trip to Europe. It was important to have a three prong. U.S. to European adapter for computer usage and these were hard to find. Needed it in a hurry. Amazon didnt let us down!
