    It worked on some plugs in South Africa but not on any of the standard home plugs had to purchase another adaptor to make this work

    I purchased this adapter so I could use a crimper that I purchased from UK. The crimper plug fit in the adapter but it would not heat. up. Had to send the crimper back for a refund, however, they said that the crimper heated fine for them.. Guess my adapter did not get the job done so I had to return it.

    I had purchased an equivalent adapted from the same manufacturer that was able to adapt anything we needed. This seemed to be a new upgraded model that did not happen to support all you needed even though it gives that impression from the looks and name.
