Bought this for a trip to Europe. Worked perfectly in Germany but not for Switzerland. Otherwise it’s not bulky and easy to use with different US style chargers and plugs.

Traveled to France and Italy. Needed a reliable travel adapter and converter. Decided to go with Insignia, since it’s inexpensive compared to other brands. Didn’t regret it one bit, totally worth every penny. Was able to charge all of my electronic equipment without issue.

This comes in a nice carry case, and is very organized. However, the first time I used it in Sydney it worked intermittently. Then it started to smell like it was burning. I unplugged it and the adapter was pretty warm. I ended up using a transformer box from the Resort. I then used it in Cairns and it worked well. I came back though Sydney and once again it didn't work as described. When we went to New Zealand I didn't have any problems. I considered taking it back, and may do so still.

I purchased this converter for a trip to India. It was difficult to tell if this would work in that country as India was not listed on the package. It was fine though. Everything worked as expected but the unit is designed such that it will easily fall out of a standard India outlet and crash to the floor so be careful. The plug tines do not fit tight into the socket. I had plugged in my converter into a charging tower in the Delhi airport and within 5 seconds it fell out of the plug and crashed into 6 other phones charging and everything hit the floor.

I bought this product last year for an overseas trip with a friend. It worked in both countries that we visited as it comes with a piece for the different outlets that people use all over the world. This device also adjusts the voltage so you don't have to worry abut blowing the power out.

I used it on my recent trip of several countries where electric power is 220 volts and the plugs are the round type. Mostly used it for my electric toothbrush, and it perfectly worked as advertised. The convenience of having a hard case is value-added while traveling, as well as for storing it at home. Since it only has one output plug, it is ideal for use with a single appliance, but if you would need to simultaneously use multiple devices, this is probably not the product for you.

Good quality and no issues while travelling in Europe. A little large, but multiple adaptors makes this very convenient and usable with different size wall outlets

I bought this device for a trip to Saudi Arabia. Although most electronic devices work with 110 or 240 voltage I like to carry a 110 surge protector and plug into a transformer like this one so I have multiple plus and I don't have to worry about accidently plugging a 110 device into 120. This one so far has worked just great with now issues. Good buy if you are planning foreign travel.

Nice product that includes both adapter and converter for overseas travel. My only recommendation is to offer product in bright color, other than black. I used the adapter in Israel and left it plugged in the wall. A neon pink color may have avoided this.

This converter/adapter is very easy to use and covers just about all voltage/adapter needs for international travel. It comes in a very handy carry case which makes it easy to pack and prevents losing any of the included adapters.

It worked great and had all the connections you needed. The only problem was, it is big and bulky and was tough to use in small areas.

Bought different adapters from best buy and this was by far the best. Although it is a bit bulky it was perfect since it is an adapter and converter. Used it Russia, Turkey and Egypt and did not have any problem in fact it worked better than the adapter alone.

Was on vacation to Italy, Switzerland, and France. The adapter worked great in all 3 countries, at the hotels and trains. One con about the adapter is that some outlets use a diamond shape outlet cover, where the adapter can't fit. I didn't use the converter on my trip.

If you travel to another country chances are their plugs are not the same as ours. This adapter handles them all, just find the country and set up the device as instructed Works with every plug configuration and voltage in the world.

This product is a lifesaver for those traveling the world for work or for pleasure. It combines a converter and adaptor seemlessly to keep your devices charged and safe from current changes. Definitely need to own one.

Randomly found this item on a trip to BB for other items. It was an Open Box product (nothing wrong with it, apparently someone didn't like it) and the Open Box price was MUCH BETTER than the regular price for the product. It's the "Insignia" brand, and comes in a nice case with all the parts put into foam to hold them in place, along with a color-coded world map and instructions. You'll have everything you need to get power from an outlet as you travel the world, but only 1 outlet, so you're likely going to need more adapters to power more tech. If you can find it at a better price at BB, and have need for the product, I'd advise checking it out.

I got this for my wife to take to London. I bought another adapter that worked great for plugging in her phone and apple watch as they can handle the extra voltage as European outlets give out different voltage than do outlets in the US. She was able to easily use all of her hair tools (straighteners, hair dryers, etc.) with no problems at all. It is vital that one be careful to make sure you have both an adapter and converter when using those type tools. This one even comes with a nice little hardbox case.

Took it on a trip to Ireland. It was a little bulky but worked well at all of our stops.

Convenient kit that you can bring anywhere in the world and not have to wonder which individual adapter to bring - this kit has them all! Only it’s a bit heavy, so I advise putting it in your carry-on.

The converter itself was a tremendous help on our trek across Scotland - but the only thing we hadn't thought of was that we had brought more items that needed to be plugged in than we thought. So, you might want to consider bringing a power strip or plug extender along so you can plug in more than one item at a time. It is heavy, so we had a challenge getting it to stay in some of the plugs, but that's not really the products issue as much as the lodging location.
