I was looking for an adapter and converter as I plan to travel to out of the Country. I selected this one as it came with 5 adapters for several different Countries. And as an added bonus it comes with a sturdy case.

I don't know if it will work with 3prong plugs. Also more plug converters than needed for our trip.

It was everything i needed. It helped me out with lost cords.

Worked great for my trip to New Zealand. Didn't actually need all the features, but was glad I had them available

Useful for foreign travel; well-designed; many options included in the set!

Typically it was radio Shack the vendor who would sell this types of accessories, Now with radio Shack gone out of my local market, Best Buy picked up this market and filled the niche. great idea on the part of Best Buy, thanks BB!!

Prior to purchase I called customer service to insure this would work overseas to operate my gf’s flatiron appliance. I received excellent service. The device works as advertised. Very happy with my choice.

I was glad to find a converter/adapter for my daughters study abroad trip in stock at my local Best Buy.

Only needed European adapters so removed from box and took those and converter only, weighed less.

This is nice and sturdy, but with its awkward size, was too bulky to plug into sockets in Europe. Thankfully we had also purchased an adapter from another retailer which was lighter and fit nicely into the power outlets wherever we were. All the prongs were already incorporated into its design which made it even easier to transport. Will be returning when we get back home.

Traveled to sweden on vacation. The converter and adapter were absolutely necessary in the hotel. You must have a converter as well as an adapter.

Is has many outlet types for different continents. Has diagram to show which to use.

So, I got to Africa and looked to use the pertinent adapter only to find that it was missing its guts. Not convenient, let me tell you. All the other adapters that came with the product had the contacts inside their plastic housings, but the one for Africa didn't. I realize that the best QA efforts can still end up with errors, but I have to give the product 2 stars because I haven't been able to use it. Tried to swap it out two days ago and there was no replacement available. Well, Best Buy is a great store and I'm sure I'll get the right replacement before I next need to use the product, but meanwhile I'm stuck sharing a less than stellar review. (Eh, not being able to swap it the other day actually gives me an excuse to return to the world's best toy store - Best Buy. I'm ok with having/getting to go back!)

A very durable charger that I utilized on a trip to Europe. Product worked well and met my expectations.

I found the item to be easy to assemble and used in another country. The adapter options are good to have.

The adapter appears to be working well as I have not been advised there are any problem with it.

Good to have for those who travel often. It was handy when I travel to Europe and later to Africa.

Stayed in several hotels and family houses during my lengthy visit. Thankfully the different types of plugs really were handy. Some of India's plugs were UK others were just Asia. So either way I was covered

This unit is a great addition to a still working 35 year old travel set. Works great!

Very nice camera for beginners. It does need a strap for handling and safety.
