It was a good product and exactly what I needed. I would recommend it.

Bought for a trip to the UK... worked fine for recharging phone but didn’t realize the primary adapter wouldn’t accept a 3-prong plug for my laptop power supply. Would have been in a real bind if the hotel I was staying at didn’t have the correct adapter.

I brought this with me to use in Thailand for 2 weeks and it worked perfectly. The multiple prongs came in handy for the different outlets with or without the converter.

The quality of the product is unknown. I originally purchased the product to use on a trip to South America but I was unable to use it because none of the plug fit the outlet. I returned the product. I was more disappointed that I was sold something I could not use when I needed it.

Was not able to use the Insignia plug adapter because the hotel carried electrical outlets for 2-pronged American devices. I brought my laptop with me but was not able to use it because the Insignia adapter did not have the slot that would accommodate the device plug's third prong (for ground).

At the last minute, I realized I needed a converter and a transformer for my trip to Peru and Chile. I researched resources and found that Best Buy had what I needed at the local store. The power plugs that came with this kit are each labeled for the specific part of the world that requires that adapter, and along with the inverter, the set was perfect. I used both the inverter and one of the adapters for eight days in Peru and one of the plug adapters only for my eight days in Chile. The adapter that was labeled "South America" was not the one I needed for Peru (surprisingly, the one labeled Caribbean worked, so I am glad I brought them all "just in case"). This purchase was a good one, and I will use this product in all my travels that include the necessity to charge my cell phone or tablet/laptop while on the road outside the United States..

I recently took a trip to Australia and needed a power converter for my hairdryer. This worked wonderfully and has different attachments for other countries.

Very good travel adaptor (110 volts to 220 volts converter) with many types of plugs. It performed really well even under very hot environmental conditions. I have used other travel adapters which got burned out in no time but this one worked well.

Good investment for those who travel abroad often.

This refrigerator is everything I was looking for at a great price!!! I love the sleek design and the slim ice maker. I am happy with my purchase.
