Doesn't work with CPAP equipment

When you plug it in, it supplies power long enough fr the CPAP to power up and begin supplying positive airflow, but then it cycles off for a few seconds, then on again, then off again, etc. When it cycles off, there is no airflow I contacted the manufacturer and they acknowledged it is not suitable for CPAP equipment. It might be fine for a hair dryer or something else, but not CPAP. It turns out in my case a simple adapter is sufficient because the CPAP power supply works with 230v and 110v power.

While on my trip abroad, I found another adapter which was far simpler, and fit all types and was selling for less than 20% of what this cost me.

My devices kept connecting and disconnecting, and did not charge at all. I had to go out and buy a phone charger, but I cannot find an adapter/converter here for my laptop :( I cannot even get in contact with Best Buy in order to return since there are no Best Buy in Korea and shipping it back is too expensive. Wasted $40.
