I bought this for my trip to South Africa. That country (and a few other African countries) still have the large round pin triangular plugs which is not included in this product. Some hotels have an additional flat three prong plug and/or they will loan you an adapter.

I purchased this travel adapter to use when traveling in the UK. No problem with functionality. Works as described.

Works well and easy I handle. Reliable. I used it on 2 trips so far. This is a "must have" for overseas travel.

The low setting wouldn’t work to charge our phones and the high setting overheated my wife’s curling iron. We’ll be taking this back. We ended up buying the adapters in Europe.

I bought this for a recent trip to Australia thinking that it would also be great for other countries, as we travel often. Upon arrival to our hotel in Brisbane, I pulled out the charger along with the adapter that said Australia on it. I then plugged my phone into it only to have nothing happen. I then plugged my daughter's phone into and the phone said charging. About three minutes later, you could smell the phone, like plastic melting. The phone was so hot that you could barely touch it. This thing is junk! We ended up going to a local store and purchasing normal chargers for all of our phones. No problems after that.

We first used it in Ireland with no issues. Second location was Italy and the kit had the adapters for it too.

This will work for electronics such as phone chargers, but does not work well with anything that pulls higher amperage. For instance, on a CPAP machine and on a straightening iron it would flicker power on and off instead of provide steady 120v.

Got this for my daughter who was traveling to London. It made her electrical overseas adventure much easier.

Purchased on the day before traveling overseas and worked great. Good to have with you when traveling.

It served its purpose but its very bulky. I needed it for when I traveled overseas and it lasted for two weeks before it popped with electricity and stopped working.

Recently took a trip to London, and the hotel we stayed out had some plugs for standard US, but nit enough for all the different types of US product we brought with us to use during our trip. This help recharge all our gadgets at the same time.

I was very pleased with the service at Best Buy when inquiring about an international charger. When one salesman wasn't sure about which to buy when using heat he asked another salesman to come and help me. Both were very pleasant and helpful.

Used this in London and it worked like a charm. Got a little hot, but it says that will happen.

Worked great for my wife, She used it for her hair dryer and hair straightener.

The converter work well and i had no issue with it. i hope to get many more years of use out it

Purchased this for use in Germany, unfortunately it kept heating up while charging my cell phone. Once heated up I had to unplug and let it cool before further use

Purchased for a trip to Europe. It more than met our expectations for all countries visited.

This is a massively over-priced product. The adapters are over sized and awkward to use. It was possible to get a better product in Europe for a fourth the price.

This travel adapter did not provide the ability to use with a grounded plug. This was a problem as my computer required a grounded outlet. Worked well for non-grounded items, but would have been much better if it accepted grounded plugs.

Necessary product for overseas travel. Has numerous adapters. Works almost anywhere.
