Plugged it into the outlets on one voltage, wouldn’t charge. Changed to the higher voltage and it would work, but it burned the outlet and melted the adapter. Thankfully we didn’t leave the room and burn down the hotel. Had to buy chargers in Europe to use so we could charge our phones, complete waste of money.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just returned from Greece I use for the first time and it wouldn’t charge my iPhone my Fitbit or my extra charger I ended up purchasing a much cheaper converter in Greece which worked without a problem I Thought by purchasing an expensive converter I would be good but I didn’t get what I paid for and I’m very displeased to have wasted not only my money but time this was a very expensive trip and I was prepared so I thought very disappointed
