However when I went to Brazil, a South American country, none of the adapters would work. I was highly disappointed because I ended up getting a converter there in the county.

Only worked for 10 minutes and then turned off. Left me without my hearing aids for the two week trip. What a disappointment. I returned this product as soon as I got home .

Adapter even supported 110V-240V but when plugged in to this converter it started to melt. Not only did I have to purchase a new adapter that cost me $30.00 but then Best Buy made it very difficult to return this piece of junk.

First time I plugged it in in London, it started smoking and smelling of melted plastic. Good thing I was still in my hotel room. Totally left us hanging for power on our trip

So did the sales person. But, it doesn't work in Switzerland without an additional receptor which is not included.
