Pricey for what you get first off, but not a deal breaker. What was is that the screw insert has an opposite smooth bore post which is merely press fit into plastic, any attempt to tighten the base to a handle or tripod to sturdily mount the GoPro results in the post pulling away from the plastic base, once that loosens I would,’t trust the mount in any critical environment. I get that the idea was to make a reasonably priced product, but, would it have hurt to knurl the post for greater friction? Better yet, make the post with a double screw mount and/or bolt configuration and use an all metal base. That is what I eventually bought. Low quality, item, look elsewhere.
