Battery corrosion
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had two of these, and with both, the battery compartment got corroded. The first time, the batteries were kept in. And we were flying back from a trip, so I thought the altitude might have been a factor. I redeemed my GSP and got a replacement. With the second one, I always took the batteries out when I was done using it. I went to use it one day and the compartment was corroded again. It must have happened the last time I used it. I think I will have to buckle down and spend some money on an official Nikon flash. Too much hassle with this one.
