I’ve arranged them in ever which way but still had the same problem!

Had to go on you tube for better instructions.

My only fault is the back has open slots that allow dust in, but we just blocked it with a piece of wood with holes drilled to allow the components to have air and not get too hot.

I'd bet that you could put an 85"+ on this cabinet, depending on that TVs foot space. Regardless, this cabinet is 65" long, so keep that in mind before purchase. It is also fairly heavy, so you might need assistance moving the box to your intended room. Assembly was fairly easy. The instructions were spot on.
