Very easy to use manual, which shows you step by step instructions on how to assemble the product. Overall it came out vey well and i would recommend this product to anyone.

Very time consuming to put together. But definitely worth it. It’s the perfect size for my 65in tv

Looks much better in person. Should be on display in store. Box is very heavy. Need at least 2 people to move it. Thankful that we paid extra for assembly.

The stand looks very nice and sturdy.But One of the shelf came broken.

Exactly what I wanted. The doors were kind of hard for me to snap on, but it’s all put together and it’s beautiful!!!

I actually thought it would be more length for my 70 inch tv, but this works also. The color goes well with my furniture.

Thought the top was wider. New 75” TV almost didn’t fit as it’s a very narrow top.

This review is late but since I just had a REALLY bad experience with BestBuy AGAIN, I figured I would update this one as well instead of living with the issues. I put it together on May 27th. This item came in and the box was literally taped together. I accepted that it might just be poor handling in the warehouse and the box was damaged. I unboxed the TV Cabinet and realized that two of the parts were cosmetically broken. The whole "colored" top was peeled upward. I figured I could just flip them and work it out because I didn't want to repack it to take it back over something so small. Moving along and following the steps, I realized the tools/screws/etc were TAPPED back in there. Further inspection showed use on ALL the screws, wood connectors and even the glue was halfway used. There were signs of improper screw holes in the wood as well. 2 screws were missing on top of everything (Normally they put an EXTRA screw in as well). Clearly a display model of a return being sold at full price. Be VERY aware when buying online from BestBuy as it's about a 50% success rate of getting a new item that works of what you ordered in my experience. BestBuy doesn't even entertain the thought of replacing/discount/return items past the 15 day window.

The drilled holes in the right side panel is wrong. I got 2 left side panels and cannot finish the build, will have to return it

Bought this product recently and it’s finish looks really good. But the sliding panels and door stoppers were damaged right out of new box. When reached out to insignia, instead of sending replacements for sliding panels - they suggested to take the product to store. Hmm, taking a big tv stand involves cost. Also, there is no replacement part whatsoever it seems. You either have to return it or live with the defect.

I liked the product itself but when I finally got around to putting it together, i found i had a broken/faulty piece. Called Best Buy, they were no help. Called Insignia, they said they dont have spare parts for it. So now I'm stuck with. Paid full price for it and am stuck with one broken/cracked shelf. Very disappointed.

Loved the look of it on website and ordered to pick up in store. However, it has big scratches on some parts like something wasn’t packed right. The box was very heavy and I can no way pack it back and put it back in my car to return. Stuck with something that is just taking garage space.
