Sturdy and great value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a stand for my 70" JVC and wanted something sturdy and attractive. In looking over the wood "build yourself" models they wobbled when pushed around. Then looked at the very attractive high end wooden models and they were $700 and up! This model is appealing to the eye, super simple to put together, and a great value! Highly recommend this stand!

Much better than expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have put together many stands over the years. This one is very well made and quite easy to put together. All of the small pieces are wrapped separately so that they are easy to find. And, the system has good support for the equipment. It took me less than 30 minutes to put together.

easy setup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My stand was delivered on time and in great condition was easy to install no tools needed unless you want to count the razor I used to open the package. Wished they didn't use the foam packaging it got all over (turned into small pieces). Had it completed in less than 1 hour by myself it would have been easier for the shelves if I had help but it was delivered late and I wanted it installed

beautiful stand, easy to assemble
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This stand looks amazing and looks even better in person than in the picture on the website. The glass is thick, not flimsy at all. I chose to put the stand together on my own and it is a very simple process EXCEPT for the top glass piece - you will need 2 people for it mainly because of the length and weight combination in order to make sure everything fits properly (pegs into the holes). Other than that step, it is extremely simple - most of it is already connected right out of the box.

Perfect stand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my 55" HDTV. The directions were a little hard to follow but all in all it was quick to put together. Maybe 15 minutes. One review complained about the one sticker being hard to remove. It was. I soaked a paper towel in hot water and layed it on the sticker for 20 minutes. I used my fingernail to scrap it off. It was a bugger! Really, not a big deal. Otherwise, it's perfect. It's the right height and very stylish. Lots of space for components and velcro anchored on the back to keep the wires together and neat. The shape makes it perfect for setting it in a corner; tappered glass. Good price and very sturdy.

Why can't holes ever line up?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, I'm not unhappy with this unit. It looks good, is sturdy/solid, and seems to support my 85lb. 60" plasma TV just fine. It fits well in a corner but will work when my wife wants to rearrange things, and it's tall enough that the bottom of the TV is visible over the arm of the big chair we've got. It will serve me well, but I have this against it... 1. Why is it so hard to line up holes on components that are supposed to go together? The only real assembly required is inserting 4 thumb screws - 1 to solidfy the folded base, 1 to attach a bracing bar to support the glass the entire length of the back, and 2 to attach the top glass to the base. Of course, the hole threaded in the base was a full 1/8" lower than the back bar was meant to sit. With a TV to be delivered in 12 hours I resorted to reeming out the hole on the back brace to allow me to get the thumb screw inserted. If I hadn't screwed up on a similar assembly project before I might have tried forcing the screw and stripped the threads and been up a tree. One of the mounts on the bottom of the top glass shelf was also mounted slightly askew, but I was able to get the thumbscrew in by raising the shelf first and then allowing it to pull the shelf down instead of trying to get the screw to pull itself into the hole in the base. 2. They did a great job assuring that the top shelf is securely attached to the base. The other two shelves, however, are another story. I'm less concerned about the bottom shelf, which simply lays against the bottom of the base with three small (1/2") and useless suction cups meant to hold it in place. The center shelf has two larger (1") but equally useless suction cups meant to keep it against the front legs, and a t-bar slotted, but not secured, through a hole in the back to keep it from sliding forward. Gravity should hold that in place, but it would have been smarter if there was something that inserted through it so that once through it would not pull out on its own - say when a cable end might pull against it. 3. They were smart enough to make the largest sticker on the top shelf an easy peel-off plastic one. The other large one was paper backed and after spending time pressed down in the packing box under various thermal conditions it wasn't exactly easy to peel off. Using only my fingernails and some window cleaner I was able to see mild scratching from the removal process. Thankfully the very small scratches are hidden by the TV base, but if this was meant to be under a wall mounted set it could be a bit of an eye-sore for a visually picky person (my wife). A couple cents more for an easy peel sticker would save that headache. I might be picking knits with the 3 stars, but it means average, and that's what I'd call this stand. Good bang for the buck, with plenty of room for components (I have a BluRay, DVD Recorder (stacked), Cable Box and DirecTV receiver all on the top shelf, leaving the bottom for whatever I decide goes there (gaming unit, surround sound amp, etc.). If the holes all lined up I would have been a lot happier. But knowing that while the back bar is secure it's not as secure at it might have been makes me drop this down. So while I recommend this unit it comes with these warnings.

Looks nice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a nice TV stand with more than enough room on the 2nd shelf for the cable box and DVD/VCR player. Price was a little high , fairly easy to put together, a few difficulties, but the back support for the top shelf is to low and does not touch the shelf but the base is big enough to handle the job.

Spacious, sturdy and easy to put together.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The summary says it all. Lots of room on two spacious shelves. Needed something to organize the A/V gear in the front room (where the kids go when we are watching our main HT in the den). Top shelf holds a cable box, an Xbox One and a PS3. Bottom shelf currently has a Monster Line Conditioner and a lot of room left. 50" TV and soundbar easily fits on top. Look great and very functional. Thought it was a tad on the high side, but had a bunch of RZ points to ease the pain. Not so much more that I would take away a star. Good purchase.

Best looking stand for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very pleased with this TV stand. Although it took about 45 minutes start to finish to put it together. The instructions are super easy but we had to go back and loosen some screws just so we could get the top glass to sit the way it was supposed to. I did see a review that said it was uneven, and I thought the same thing. Especially since we were over the 15 minutes the brand says it takes to put it together. But by loosening some of the earlier screws, we could maneuver the stand to allow the top glass to fit the way it was supposed to. Once it was fitting correctly, we retightened all of the screws. I compared tv stands for 3 days before settling on this one and I am glad I did. I love it.

Elegant TV Stand with Outstanding Value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With a wide selection of TV stands on the market, it was difficult to find one that would accommodate my new 60" TV and my existing audio components. Since flat panel TVs are so thin, they no longer require the depth of older style cabinets. If you don't have newer components that are designed with a shorter depth, it becomes a problem. This TV stand is both elegant and accommodated my 18" deep Pioneer receiver when placed to one side or the other of the middle shelf. For my particular installation, it was a perfect fit. The engineers designed it right for quick and easy assembly.
