    The was the easiest furniture build I've ever done. Other than a Philips screwdriver to put on the handles, no other tools are needed. A word of caution - it is heavy. Make sure you have two people around to help with carrying and especially putting the top on.

    I tell you what. This is the easiest stand to put together!!! It's on hinges and you just tighten it and put the glass on. No tools (except for the to door handles take a Phillips but that's it. Just unfolds. So awesome I give it 5 stars just for that. Also it is very heavy duty. Looks nicer in my house than it did in the star. Only brand of stand I'll buy from now on. Good job insignia!!!

    Given the weight of the stand, and the weight of the glass on top of the stand by itself, it is best to follow the instructions and have a two people assemble this unit. That being said, I did assemble this by myself except for the glass top. The hard part being, getting the hundred pound item out of the long skinny box, and borrowing somebody to assist on lifting the heavy piece of glass that forms the top of the unit itself.
