I was at first reluctant to purchase this but, after I have assembled this tv stand I was so pleased. The materials are of good quality and assembly is a breeze, I didn't need the instructions and no tools are required. Whoever you are who designed this product is heaven sent. Thank you.

I don't often write reviews, but I thought I'd make an exception for this piece. It's got to be the most thoughtfully-engineered piece of furniture I've ever had the pleasure to put together. The bulk of the process is done for you right out of the box. You stand it up and the sides swing out. It's standing on its own within seconds, and then you just add the twist-screw things (don't know what to call them, but you just you your hand, no screwdriver) to lock it in place. The only thing you definitely need to know beforehand is that this thing is heavy. The box itself will need two people to lift, and you will need the help of another person to put the glass on top at the very end.

The tempered glass top of my stand exploded out of nowhere! Nobody was even in the room at the time. Nothing dropped onto it. No temperature fluctuations. No earthquake or slamming doors or anything that would have disturbed it. My wife said she heard a "fwomp" noise a few hours before I discovered the damage. Looks like it shattered radiating out from the center. It's not even 3 years old (but of course well past warranty). I put some boards under the feet of the TV so it doesn't fall through and get destroyed until I can find a replacement. I'm counting my blessings that I didn't lose the entire TV.

Really good looking produce for the money. Mine came with very minor damage to one of the legs, but not noticable. Very functional and as holes for all the cords. The glass makes the product looks much nicer than it is.

I was concerned about some of the reviews stating that the glass was broken when they received the unit. After extensive research, I decided on this cabinet and I have to say I am extremely pleased with it. I purchased at our local store which had a unit on display. Great quality and very attractive. Highly recommended.

Bought this stand on sale so only pad $250 for it. Overall, I"m pleased. The materials to me are good enough quality and even though I paid the Geek Squad to assemble the unit, it looked like a very straightforward process (the frame actually onboxes so there are less pieces to drill together than you would think). For me, the stand is the perfect height (I hate TV stands that are too low...like the IKEA one I used to have). I don't open and close the doors much but they feel very sturdy. I think this TV stand is supposed to fit up to 70" TVs....that might be pushing it. I would say that my 65" Sony fits perfectly but things get a little tight when you also try to put small speaker stands on it in addition to the TV. Net-net: very pleased with this purchase and glad I didn't go buy a really high end unit that would have been a waste of money.

My wife was in the market for a new TV stand, it was just what she was looking for, it helped me with my argument on wanting to replace our 55" inch Samsung. The tv stan fits well with the decor & accommodates the much larger Samsung, which I like.
