    Glass top is warped

    It's mostly fine but the large glass sheet that sits on top isn't perfectly flat. Mine is warped. So the TV isn't completely straight when it sits on the glass. Not sure if this is a problem with mine specifically or a common issue for this product. Best Buy won't let me replace just the top, but I don't want to spend another 2 hours installing a new one, so I'm stuck. Very disappointed.

    Would have been nice if it wasn’t damaged. It has a dented crease in the metal facing the front of course. Just too large and heavy to take back to store….will live with it.

    It's a neat unit but one of the end panels came damaged. Best Buy loaded it into the back of my uhaul at the store. I never touched it. Later that night when I moved the box to load other stuff I noticed it was damaged on the underside and could see a damaged panel inside the box. I emailed insignia and they responded quickly but informed me there was nothing they could do and "take it back to the store". It was for my daughter and we were leaving early the next day to move her out of town. Best buy wasn't going to be open before then and they didn't have any more in stock anyhow. I decided to just live with it. I put it together with the damaged panel the next day. One of the door handles wouldn't attach as well, the holes in the handle were too big for the screws and I had to locate some of my own screws. Dissappointed overall, I had to pay full price for a unit with a damaged panel and door handle that wouldn't attach.

    The cabinet itself was nice. when shipped the two glass shelves were broken. It was assembled already by the time we notice the shelves were broken on the bottom of the box. so they would not take it Back????? they wanted it disassembled and put back in the box. I bought a new one and this one sits in an extra room not being used. I was told that there was nothing they could do because of the vendor. very displeased after having spent so much money on appliances with them.

    Lacking in precision construction

    Visually a beautiful TV stand. However, assembly of the stand had some problems. One side panel was just a little too large to fit. Had to sand down the left edge to fit between the steel legs; then the fasteners were pretty snug. Secondly and more importantly, the heavy glass top fasteners did not line up with the 2 steel holders on the back side. Therefore, the glass is only anchored on the front of the stand. Almost returned the item, but it is very heavy with alot of glass. I miss USA quality! This stand was made in China.

    No Replacement Parts

    I like the stand, but it came with 3 of the 4 plastic leg bases cracked and pushed up into the leg. I completed the assembly, assuming the company can get me replacements and discarded the packaging. When I called the phone number in the warranty book, and stopped by the store, I was told I would have to return the entire TV stand and they would send me a new one. This thing ways 125 pounds and I'm supposed to cart it back to the store, or find boxes to hold it. Ridiculous!!! I doubt I'll buy any more Insignia products, which is Best Buys own product line.

    Beautiful piece impossible to get help

    This is a beautiful piece of furniture but one board was drilled clear through which wasn’t supposed to happen. The piece was already put together when this last board’s defect was discovered. I called Insignia and they couldn’t just send the board wanted whole thing returned. I called and emailed Best Buy but got no response. Very frustrating.

    I paid $349 for this stand and after getting it setup I noticed several dents in the metal frame. They are subtle enough and its painted flat back that I didn't see them till it was done with the TV on it. It's nice looking otherwise but now the dents stick out to me. This is very pricey for the lower quality, $349 is high, it is more like a $149 stand even without the dents.

    Top glass is defective and bubbles, so I have to call in to try and get a replacement top under warranty. It's only one month old.

    picked up from store hauled it home put it together and noticed one of the door frames was broken because of the problems we had just getting me a stand in one piece I have not said anything and will probably fix it myself but I will look a lot closer at buying that kind of product from Best Buy

    Nice looking tv stand. Quick shipping and fast delivery. Only problem is that one of the glass shelves came completely destroyed. Glass was everywhere inside the box

    I should have believed the other reviews. The glass top has 4 brackets that attach it to the stand, 2 of the brackets are in line and 2 of the brackets are so far misaligned that you can't put the thumbscrew in. I'll remove and reattach the brackets rather than return, but really poor quality control for a $300 tv stand.

    Besides waiting three months for the product due to shipping issues and damage to the first TV stand, the product is working fine.
