    Following install directions was great but the boards were warped and the connections didnt fit. Using a drill helped to stick everything together because the glue didnt last very long.

    When I purchased this item to Discover, it was having a missing piece was very unfortunate and very unhappy with this product. Also, I would like my money refunded back to my account. I have not seen it posted to my account yet.

    This item has many parts and requires various tools including a stud finder. If you have tools and time on your hands or if you pay Best Buy to assemble, this maybe the choice for you. I returned it once I read the directions and saw all those parts.

    Overall, the product is ok. My 45" TV fit perfectly on the stand. It was difficult to put together. The shelves weren't engineered well, and so it didn't fit well.
