Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Type-C Wall Charger for its compatibility with various devices, affordable price, and portability. It serves as a reliable replacement charger and supports fast charging. However, some users have concerns about the short cord length, unusual size, and weight of the charger, and a few have reported instances of the charger ceasing to function after a month of use.

I needed to replace my charger and Best Buy had only one option available. Less bulky packaging than other universal adapters that typically come with at least 20 different adapter tips. Wish the cord were longer and the power source more compact. It's about the size of a coaster.

Using it for a few months to power my MacBook Pro and my phone. It works like a charm. While I had concerns about the permanently attached, they seem to have been unnecessary as the charger and cable have not shown any signs of wear/tear yet.

I lost my charger for my HP and this was the only universal one I found. The cord is extremely short you have to basically sit right by the wall and it has killed my brand new laptop battery life. It dies was faster than it ever did before. Do not recommend.

It works great for my 12 inch MacBook but it's too heavy to stay plugged in. I would give it 5 stars but it comes unplugged from the wall a lot. I use a surge protector now and it's not a problem but if I don't have it with me, I have to remember it will constantly fall out of the socket.

I purchased this adapter because I left my HP Specter laptop charger in the Hotel Room on my last trip. I was pretty astounded when I discovered the price (About $50.00). Other than the high cost for a simple charger it works as well as one could hope for. There are no added features or functions for this item. It's just a charger.

I have a Lenovo Yoga C930. I bought this item so I can keep with my original laptop charger in my bag. The charger is compact and works perfectly with my docking station. The cable is only 5 feet, a little to short, this adapter should have a larger cord.

I am using this charger with my MacBook Pro 13". This charger is a good alternative to the expensive Apple Charger that the laptop comes with. So far it works good, but the plug that goes into the laptop is loose and doesn't make a tight connection. System Report in macOS properly reports the charger as a 90W charger.

Got this for my Dell XPS 13, which came with it's own power adapter. Big pain to unplug from my work desk any time I needed for on the go juice. This is was a perfect and inexpensive pick up to keep in my work bag to use on the go. Works like a champ.

Has an issue with our charging port in our Dell XPS 15”. Bought this as a backup until we can get the standard port fixed. Works great, keeps laptop charged even when putting performance stress on it. Great price, great product. Get it!

Works well after HP version sizzled out. Three issues: 1 huge plug format vs brick format - many will prefer brick I think 2 if you are using an HP computer, it will bug you with “use a genuine HP product” notices 3 the cord is a little short unless your plug is right there.

Charges a laptop quickly, but I find that due to the charger's larger, bulkier size, it tends to fall out of the wall socket more often from just a slight move of my laptop and tug on the power cord, whereas the last charger I had was smaller and rarely fell out of the wall socket.

Does the charger charge? Yes. But it is hard to use in the real world. The body is bulky and poorly angled resulting in covering 3 slots on a power strip. To add insult to injury, the cord is so short that it won't reach a laptop placed on a table. I had to buy a USB-C extender (that Best Buy doesn't sell) to be able to use the product. And not all USB extenders are designed to carry power, you have to buy expensive ones. So the product is hard to use and forces you to spend 1/2 a power strip + an additional $15 or so (+ the search and wait time) for an extender.

Wish it could be a little bit smaller. But it is still compact for travel comparing to my original Spectre X360. Also, it is the only 90W USB-C charge out there for my laptop. Prefect 2nd charger to have. Glad they make one for grab.

No complaints for quality or functionality as of yet. The only exception there is that i find the overall cord length a tad short. Maybe I’m just too used to the ability to use a wall tap adapter or a second power cord to plug the adapter into the power source which adds a couple of feet to the length as found on my MacBook charger. Easy enough. To just pick up a small extension cord with 2-3 plugs in it and 2 usb charging ports and it gives me the same extra reach with an acceptable lower level of convenience due to the heavy adapter wanting to pull it self out of the plug end when bumped or moved around. If you buy this with a computer or some other bigger ticket item be sure to ask for a discount off the price. I was given $25 off the price or equivalent of 50% off the power supply having bought it with an open box laptop that was missing the power supply. Every little bit helps!

I bought several of these so my wife could power her new Mac Book from home or office or classroom without having to lug one around. These are a great alternative to paying $100 each for Apple power supplies.

Works well with my HP laptop, however HP will display the "this charger is not an HP charger". After disabling that annoying message on my computer, I'm now able to enjoy this charger. Really good for the price, especially because it is not as expensive as HP's.

I keep this charger in my laptop bag and use it for traveling. Works well for re-charging my MacBook and iPad. 4-stars instead of 5 due to aesthetics (I would give the original Apple charger the same rating, also due to aesthetics.)
