I’ve tried a few grips from Bestbuy and this is my favorite. There is another brand can’t remember the name but it comes in a combination pack for around $30 but didn’t like that one as much. Also tried a cheaper one off amazon that wasn’t as good in my opinion. The grip actually fits snug and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break. It has 2 different finger pieces you can use. One set has no finger grooves and the other set has finger grooves comes with both. This will fit in your docking station also when attached to your switch so you don’t have to remove it every time you dock it. I put the switch in the grip without the joy cons attached then side/attach the joy cons. 5 stars especially considering the price. No more hand or wrist fatigue using this and I can reach the buttons better because it positions my hands/fingers where I feel like they need to be almost like an Xbox one remote in a way.

In my household it is a race to claim the TV in the bedroom, between the wife and I. However, much like with the WiiU, the Switch alleviates that strife. With that said, long plays can be very taxing on the hands due to lack of ergonomic design, which is where the WiiU got things right. In comes this “grip case” to the rescue! Not only does it provide comfort for long play sessions, but it also brings a nice stability which is much appreciated when playing something like Smash Bros or Street Fighter. This is a MUST buy for Switch owners who prefer, or find themselves needing, to play in handheld mode.

I have bigger hands and playing on the Switch cramps my hands after a bit. This let's me play in comfort for much longer. It feels a little flimsy, but it has lasted more than a year with no issues. And the price is right.

Definitely a must have. It really made a difference holding the switch. You wont be able to use the kickstand with this on, in cases where you would want to play with extra controllers - You need to remove the switch first. Comes with rubber and plastic grips.

This thing is so comfortable, definitely worth the small investment. Only con is that it doesn’t fit into any carrying cases, so it has to be carried separately. Other than that it’s awesome for long play sessions and comes with two sets of grips.

This grip makes playing in handheld mode MUCH more comfortable. Normally, my fingers would cramp because my hands are larger compared to the joycons, but this grip puts the system in my palms and is excellent. Can't beat it.

I used it for a year or so and its makes holding the switch in handheld so much easier plus it fit in dock. I have since replaces with a satisfye grip, but this worked very good for price.

As I was using the Switch undocked, I've been feeling that it was uncomfortable to grip after a short period of time playing. I came across this when it was on sale and glad I purchased it. The Switch fits in perfectly and the controllers slide in snug for a solid grip feel. It comes with two different types of grips to suit your comfort. My only negative about it is that it doesn't fit in my Switch hardcase and I haven't found a case that fits this grip, so it needs to be carried separately, which is a bit of a pain so I end up leaving it behind. Aside from that, it's a very simple and reasonably priced accessory that makes the portable gaming experience on the Switch much better.

I am very pleased with this item. It is comfortable, and was pretty affordable. The switch on its own is not ideal for longer handheld gaming sessions and this has helped remedy that situation

This casing is good for intense long gaming time. I like the grip and the very good thing is that I put it on the dock without removing the case on the switch. Good deal for the price.

Great game case. Fits perfectly, grip is easy to hold. Soft to touch. I have dropped.the switch while using the case and everything was okay still.

This item makes it easier to hold the Nintendo Switch for a long periods of time and should have got this item a long time ago. No issues very comfortable in my hands.

Makes gaming much easier. Not only does it protect the body, the grips make it easier to play for longer times without straining your hands.

This singular piece of hard plastic has given me plenty of pain relief from playing with the Switch in handheld mode for extended periods, and has also improved my aiming in 1st person/3rd person shooting games. However, I was looking for a grip solution that will make my joy-cons feel on par with a PS4 or Switch Pro controller. Sadly, this wasn't it. But for the price --I got it on sale for ten dollars-- it is awesome.

I’ve had other grips for the switch that didn’t fit properly or cramped my hands. This one fits perfectly, has two different size grips, AND is dockable!!

This case has been the best for my daughter. It wasnt available when the switch came out. It has proven its worth and it is inexpensive. Such an easy fix for an expensive toy for a kid. Highly recommend. It protects the switch from those accidental slips , drops, and loops. When i bought mine the salesman hadn't seen it yet and immediately grabbed the other one to buy for his kid seeing the immediate value in getting it. We opened it and put it on our switch there in the store to check it out before purchasing. It was a simple decision.

Really improves the grip and comfort of gaming on the switch with the joy cons connected. Really great addition if your using the switch on the go!

I bought the Switch a couple of weeks ago and immediately loved it but did not love how my hands felt in handheld. I looked online for grips but most were 25-50 dollars. I found this one in store and it was $10 so I jumped for it. It goes on the console very easily and securely. The grips could be a little bigger for larger hands but either way it makes extended handheld sessions significantly more comfortable. Even better, the console can be docked while leaving the grip on and you do not need to remove the grips in order to remove the joy-cons.
