Simple plug and play (I did have to adjust the settings to 'Antenna' on my HD TV). Now I receive 29 local channels. This product would have earned 5 stars; however, the double-sided tape slipped after a week and I had to re-hang the antenna to the wall. And yes, I cleaned the wall prior to attaching the product.

Stations only a few miles from the house have trouble getting tuned in sometimes. Its a little sensitive to how and where its positioned. Given the entry level price its not surprising. Don't buy this if you are in rural area fae from the station.

Doesn't get some of the channels where towers are farther away. Got it to see if we could get away with not having to mount an antenna on the roof as we are located in a remote place that is borderline to receive OTA digitial from our local towers. Works for some which is better than expected.

I just don't like that it misses certain channels even though my other tv's are able to locate it. Some times it freezes too and will go in and out.

Comes with a reasonably long cord that allows you to place the antenna where you pick up the best reception and it is a nice smaller flat design that blends in well with the wall. Nothing like the old school antennas.
