But for me, one of the major local channels is super choppy and I can't watch it. I'm going to try the amplified version.

I do occasionally and randomly lose signal, more than I'd like. I've tried several different positions and it still happens.

I was hoping to get more channels. I’m using it outside under my gazebo. I even put it right out in the open with nothing over it but the sunny skies and still not impressed

I'm a cord cutter who has a great rotary antenna on my roof. Both of my tvs are hooked up to that and usually work fine, though somedays everything goes all scramble. So I thought this would work. Hooked it up and ran a scan. Nothing. Did it again. Nothing. Stuck it in the kitchen window and scanned again. Nothing. Then I ran the thing into the dining room and after several more tries and putting it in the window it found 2 channels. But I was happy as they were the 2 I watch most. Shut it off and the next morning turned it on to catch the news. Nothing. Rescanned. Nothing. Thats it taking it back.

But for us we only got a handful of useful channels. I know it works for some but just test it out. Good luck!
