Pics up a signal but not as good as I hoped

I could only pick up a handful of channels with it right at my window. Not what I expected living just out of DC. Ended up hooking my TV up to cable.

Didn't work real well, so we set it up for our daughter near downtown Chicago, and still had poor, intermittent reception.

Looks nice but barely works

Not sure why as the surface area compared to the older model was 2x but poor reception
