The issue is I told the store associate I needed a power adapter for a desk to computer. He sold me a power supply/adapter for a laptop. Most of the floor clerks are knowledgeable of the products Best Buy carries. I noticed some associates will help while others are not so willing. I did not realize the product was not what I wanted until the tech came and pointed it out to me. I ended going back to Best to purchase another computer to avoid the hassle. I would recommend the item for the right product.
