I found this unit, it covered my needs and was in stock "locally" that day. It kept me going and will stay in the RV since it has different plugs, it can power other laptops, etc.

The adapter is wide, but fairly thin, and powers my devices just fine. Insignia also sent me a replacement tip that did not come in the box originally when contacted through the email address they specified on one of the manuals. Replacement came in 3 days at no charge - fast service, quality device.

I left my original charger hime and when i arrived at my destination I panicked and immediately checked out BestBuy. Thank goodness they had this in stock. Acer Nitro 5

It works but it is loose and I have to keep it at an angle and keep tension on the chord. I’ve tested with other devices and works like a charm. Stock charger for Nitro 5 works without having to keep at an angle/tension on chord so it might just be the loose fitting. I couldn’t find my model in their tip finder help thing. Still works as intended but a little inconvenient that it has a loose fitting.
