works pretty well although sometimes when I am charging my computer, the bars on my computer don't show that it's charging. other than that, it's awesome :)

We purchased this 4 months ago. It worked great. Then, we needed to use it for a different laptop. We went to remove the charging tip so it could be exchanged for a different size charging tip (it comes with multiple to fit different laptops) and a portion of the plug came with it. We tried putting it back together and it worked as long as we held it, but wouldn't if we let go. I contacted Insignia's warranty department, gave them info from the receipt (which I still had), and told them what happened. I was told the warranty wouldn't cover it because it is considered accidental damage. So, unplugging an interchangeable tip is an accident? It's not like we dropped it or stepped on it or something. Clearly, it wasnt put together well if it came apart so easily, which is a manufacturing issue and should be covered under warranty. In the meantime, I was able to order a new charger from the laptop manufacturer for only $25, so I got 2 for the price of this one.

The charger worked until it stopped charging up. I've purchased a third charger and it's still not charging

It works good but the little adaptors dont stay on good And the price was really high.

Works perfect! I purchased this as a replacement for my old computer cord. I love that it has different attachments so it can be used for other things.

All connectors come off super easy. Could have been better designed. -no more universal for me As you can see in the image the connector is taped on to stay in place. - not good

No tip worked for my laptop: I could hold a wrong size tip at an odd angle and get some charge, but that's it. So I called the "877-467-4289" number on the bag of tips, and the representative told me they don't have a list of the available tips, don't have the sizes of the tips, and cannot help. I told them the tip size needed (5.5mm x 2.1mm ) but they had no way to look it up. To Insignia: you want to sell this product without returns? list voltage, amperage, every tip available with dimensions.

Great charger. But it broke from the tip. Amd now my laptop doesnt work. Think it had a short.
