Product worked as described for my HP Elitebook 850 G7 laptop. Used the website on bestbuy to find the right connector tip "N29". It didn't have the G7 model, but it connected me with the right connector using the G4 model of the Elitebook 850. Remember to check the power for your laptop before buying also. My laptop used 65W.
