My HP laptop suddenly quit turning on. I took a chance that it was the battery not charging and invested in the Insignia Universal 90W Laptop Charger. It fits and works even smoother than the charger that came with my laptop. This charger came with 5 adapters for multiple laptops. It comes with a long sturdy cord. I have been using it for over three months and my problem with laptop is solved.

the purchase works well and the extra adapters are welcome. though I was a little upset that they did not take into account the fact that I am a resident of Oregon which has no sales tax and charged me tax on the item, my experience is that most sates with sales tax do not charge tax to out of state residents

This charger is a complete lifesaver. We have 2 different computers that we lost the chargers for. So now we have this one we can use for both. It is so easy to switch the adapters for each. Also very inexpensive. Which is always a huge plus when you have kids in college.

Heavy Duty charging cord, it is better than the original it came with. Have been using it for 6 mo now and it still provides the same charging power and is quick to charge too. Nice long cord. I'm going to be purchasing another just to have a spare.

I have been searching for a spare charging adapter/power cord for my 17" ASUS Vivobook model K1703Z to keep in my travel bag so I don't have to drag around the original that came with my laptop. Up until now I've been able to only find the charging adapter but not a power cord that would connect to it. I was a little skeptical that I could get a generic cord to work as I don't know anything about what can be substituted for the original and have no knowledge of electrical specs to know what would be compatible with my laptop. I couldn't find any numbers in the product info on this charging cord that I could compare with the one I have so I was hesitant to order it. I started searching through the Q & A's to see if others were successful with this working with their ASUS laptops. I figured I would take a chance and I'm glad I did. And with it being an open box item, it cost me just half the price! I received it and looked at all the tips included to determine which one might fit my machine. To my delight, not one, but two of them actually work. The ones marked 29 REVT1 and 14 REVT1.1 both work perfectly to power AND charge my laptop! But even if this didn't work, I understand an online order can be returned to my local Best Buy store if need be so I saw no reason not to give it a try. Awesome!

Plenty of adapters for any laptop you might own. Works great and charges just like the factory charger. A bit bulkier than my original, but works perfectly fine

This is a very good product/attachment to my Oxygen Unit. However, I found that I already have one.

My charger for my laptop stopped working and would not charge. Went to Best Buy and they recommended this adaptor for my Asus. Comes with multiple tip adaptors for different computers. Plugged mine in and it is charging again.

It charges really fast and it doesn’t get hot like most chargers. It’s durable and makes the life of the battery lasts longer.

Last year I bought a used laptop from Best Buy. While it was a fairly good computer, a Asus gaming laptop it had one issue. Whenever you'd run a game it would go from AC to Battery mode. Alternating between the two while playing. I was disappointed and lazy in getting it fixed. For the longest time I thought there was something with the computer. Upon doing research I later found that it was more than likely a faulty power brick. I was shocked at the size of the one that came with the laptop. A few years prior I owned a Asus gaming laptop that came with a monster of a brick. Anywho, went to best buy saw that this guy covered my laptop and several others. Got home and it worked. No more issues. It was no fuss to set up. All and all I'm glad and lucky it worked.

The Insignia AC Laptop Power Adapter works perfectly, no reason not to purchase this if you are in need of one. My laptop was still under Geek Squad warranty, so I did have to purchase this but was reimbursed for the full cost. This is a universal adapter and comes with 6 different size plug-ins, and a pamphlet comes with this explaining that you need to go to a web sight, enter your laptop brand and model, then it will list which plug-in to use for your laptop. The problem I had was that my laptop was not included in the list.....so I just tried a couple and found one that fit my laptop, and it has worked perfectly fine, charging with no problem!
