Lost the charger for my HP laptop during a move. After stressing a few weeks took it in to Best Buy and they recommended this universal charger. Worked beautifully, no compatibility or function issues. Eventually found original charger but have used this as a backup for 2 other laptops without issue. Definitely recommend. Good product for cost.

I bought this item after ordering a similar one on Amazon, however, the one from Amazon did not charge my computer. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a charger/adapter to work on my 5 year old computer. This charging adapter not only comes with all the possible charging tips to fit a wide variety of computers, it also charges my computer fast and the charge is good for 3+ hours of use (again it is a 5 year old computer so I'm stoked!).

Plenty long, durable, nice velcro fasteners to secure the cord when not in use. Works well, securely seats into the laptop.

I had purchased one of these chargers about a year ago when one of our work computer cords was damaged on a job site. The problem that I had with that one was after you plugged it in to the laptop and you set the laptop on a flat surface it would push the cord right out of the computer. The only way to use it required you to prop up the back of the laptop. But they have redesigned the connection and now this problem is a thing of the past. Good quality and very versatile with the different connection that come with the product.

Works with my Gateway laptop perfectly. Well built and durable at a great price. If u need a charger and this one is compatible, buy it.

The original computer cable I received with my computer eventually wore out, driving me to get a new one. Suggested by the Best Buy employees, this laptop adapter and cord fit excellently with my Toshiba Satellite. It does exactly what I need it to do. The only slight thing that has caught my eye is that the tip which goes into the computer slides out every so often--not enough to disconnect the computer from power, but enough for me to push it back in a little more.

I needed to replace my old charger for my laptop and the associate recommended the Insignia - AC Laptop Power Adapter. It is priced well and easy to find the right tip for your computer. The downside is the weight and size of the adapter. It has worked beautifully since purchase but is a little harder to fit in my case, and I carry my computer with me every day...

This managed to work on DH's Asus laptop. It was fairly bulky, but when you have power, you don't complain! The directions sent us to a website address in order to find the exact connector that would work with his computer. The website address link sent us to a defunct page. After nearly an hour searching the internet, we did find the website they had tried to point us to and were able to find the connector that worked fully.

Brought this to replace my missing laptop cord and ended up using it as my traveling companion for all of my business trips. This is a great purchase! Adapters are easy to exchange. Be sure to keep adapters in a secure place, because I lost one and had to buy an entire second adapter unit to replace it.

I got this in a panic because my previous charger just stopped working from one day to another. I'm very pleased by how well it worked and how easy it was to set up. It fit my current laptop perfectly, and I love that it comes with other tips so I can let my siblings charge their things when they come visit. Hopefully this product lasts a few years :)

I bought a cheaper adapter online and it didn't work. This one is great! I think Insignia products are excellent

I forgot my power adapter for my Lenovo laptop and needed something quick. This adapter fit the bill. It is slightly larger than my original Lenovo power adapter, but not by much. The tips feel pretty sturdy. It has a tip that fits the yellow, rectangular Lenovo port which is what I was looking for. This adapter works as expected. If you are like I was and need power in a pinch, or if you need one adapter that charges multiple kinds of laptops, this one is for you.

very easy to use, but it is not compatible with my older laptop:/, but no worries, it should work, it is just that my laptop got damaged, lol. But it should be used correctly then it will work. :)

I bought this for a Dell l had damaged the original power supply for. Unfortunately, it did not come with the specific tip needed for this model, but, to my surprise, they shipped the one I needed... for FREE! I actually ordered two additional tips (had to be separate orders though) and they shipped both 100% free. Very impressed! So far, the power supply has worked with all laptops I've tried it with and charges with no problems. Pretty happy with this purchase!
