The hardest part is making sure the tv is level after attaching them to the TV, over tightening can lead to some slight play in the spacing causing the TV to be slightly crooked. I subtracted 2 stars for this purchase and caution anyone else who purchases this item open-box excellent. According to the open box excellent description nothing is supposed to be missing. In my case the instructions, included screw driver and Allen key and 4 of the vesa mount screws were missing (luckily not the screws in the specific size my TV uses as this is a universal mount and comes with 6 sets of screws to cover a wider variety of TV manufacture sizes).
