A Truly Great TV Stand Replacement

The entire package is very well thought out. It has capacity to handle multiple VESA configurations as well as various TV sizes up to 100 lbs. It also contains all the adjustments required to connect to various TV back topographies. Further, it contains cord management brackets as well as a wall anchor strap should that be needed. The hardware is very very sturdy and easy to assemble via the provided instructions. They are also reasonably attractive. I selected these VESA mount stands to replace the factory provided TV stands that somehow became damaged over time. A big advantage over the originals is that their flexibility allowed me to leave enough clearance between the TV bottom and the feet so that I could place my center channel speaker there. I wish that I had run across these earlier as I had no idea how much they would improve my entertainment system just by enabling me to place that center channel speaker on top of the feet but below the TV. I am very satisfied with this selection.

The Insignia NS-HTRTVF25 Universal TV Feet Replacement Kit is a great replacement stand for your television. The stand system comes well packaged. The pieces come in their own separate boxes and the hardware comes packaged in clear packaging that’s well labeled. The stand supports televisions from 49 inches to 77 inches. The stand can support a weight up to 100 lbs. It supports VESA patterns from 200 x 200 to 800 x 400. It comes with a cable management system, anti-slip feet and anti-tip feet. This system is good for those that wish to use different feet from the ones that came with their television set. A few television sets come with metal feet, but quite a few will come with plastic feet. This stand will give you the option of having metal feet that are durable compared to the plastic feet. I like it for my television because I wanted to place my television on an old table I was no longer using that was in my home office. My television is slightly wider than the table it is sitting on. Trying to place my television on the table would have the plastic feet handing off the table. The Insignia TV stand is centered towards the middle of the TV. This allows me to place my television on that table with no problem. The build quality is sturdy and I good knowing my television is safe and secure.

    Adds flexibility for modern TVs

This Insignia Universal TV Feet Replacement Kit adds a lot of flexibility for modern TVs that often come with feet that are very far apart, and often don't raise the TV up much off the surface you've placed it on. I selected this kit originally to use for a display model TV I purchased a few years ago which came without feet so that I could use it in my kids' room without mounting, but I found that it works well for a 65" TV to raise it up high enough to have a center channel speaker sitting directly under the TV vs on a shelf below the TV. Another use for these feet is placing a larger TV on a TV stand that's not as wide. While I don't have a need for this currently, it's nice to know that I can now choose a TV stand that isn't necessarily as wide as my TV. The only real downside to this Insignia kit is that the feet are a bit of a downgrade in attractiveness vs the stands that came with either of my 65" TVs - a small price to pay for increased flexibility and improving my sound quality by placing the center channel closer to ear height. I think if you size it right and are keeping TV fairly low on the mounts, it will end up looking pretty discrete, though.

The Insignia Universal TV Feet Replacement Kit for 49" - 77" TVs (or 100lbs) serve a specific purpose and are well made. At first I wasn't sure if I would need or like these replacement TV feet. After all, what's wrong with the feet that come with the TV? Most TV feet that come with at TV place the TV very low to the platform underneath. But in my setup it was advantageous to have the TV placed higher up, allowing for some other devices below. For example, raising the height allowed my soundbar to be placed at a better location, and there are some other devices that I like having underneath the TV but still accessible. The TV feet are very well made, very sturdy. I was initially quite surprised with how heavy the feet and brackets are, but this is necessary for holding the necessary weight of the TV. The feet come with a wide variety of screws and other mounting hardware, and they work well with both my Hisense 55" tv and Samsung 50" TV. I feel that for the price these are, they are well worth the cost for this specific use case.

    Great Choice

Great product! Let's start with the brand... Insignia... Insignia is an "in-house" Best Buy brand, wholly owned, controlled, and managed by Best Buy. In typical Insignia fashion, these television legs offer a solid product for a reasonable value. When the chance came to select this porioduct, I was glad to do so. I have had my television mounted to the wall since we first moved in five years ago. Needless to say, I have no idea where my original stands were put. So I saw this and thiught what a great opportunity! First impression: this a solid and HEAVY product. Usually when you hear something is heavy, that is not necessarily a good thing. Hoiwever, when it needs to support your very expensive television, that is most certainly a good thing. Inside, yoiu will find the leg components and multiple screws to mount to a multitude of various televisions. The specs say it will work for up to a 77 inch TV, but also up to 100 pounds. Most modern LCD flat panels clock in well under 100 pounbds, so it certainly it will have no problem most any flat panel. Since I recentlky upgraded to a 98", I was able to move my 87" from the wall and miount on these legs. Thery had no problem supporting it's weight, and they do so with coinfidence. Great choice if you have the need!

We have a TV cabinet that my partner loves, which cost a small fortune, and unfortunately sits only about 50" wide. This has been the constant source of headaches, as when our TV died, I had to browse through Best Buy to find only TVs with center mounted stands. Which no one does anymore, so I ended up having to settle for a smaller TV. Then I discovered this Insignia Universal TV replacement kit! Basically, it works the same as a wall mount, connecting to the mounts on the back of your TV but instead it has proper feet. It takes about 5minutes to install, I recommend setting it up on a bed or sofa, as you need room for the feet to hang over. Everything is height adjustable, which is honestly better than the feet on my HiSense, as I was able to get a better viewing height. If there's a downside, the feet look nice but not premium - wish they made a flat stand feet version like my old Sony TV had, but it's probably because it's designed for optimal flexibility. I might try and print a 3D cover to go over feet, just to make it look more premium. But even with that, still 5/5. If you've found yourself limited to 43" TVs because modern smart TVs have wide feet, this is the answer you have been looking for!!!

It's So Simple Yet Game Changing

This is such a simple product but it has made a big difference with my decor. I don’t know why TV manufacturers have to put the TV stands so far out to the edges of the TV’s. You have a 70” TV that is about 62” wide and the legs are about 50” apart. This makes it very difficult to put it on a smaller stand. The built-in stands also sit very low so my soundbar doesn’t fit under it. If I put the soundbar behind, the TV blocks much of the sound. It was a frustrating situation until I got this Insignia stand. It is very easy to put together, I had no issues and only needed a phillips screwdriver. It has two main leg pieces but comes with a third piece for each side if you need it to be even taller. Two pieces on each side was enough for me to get it above my soundbar. I was able to fit my TV on a stand that was a bit narrow (compared to the original TV legs) and get it a little taller than my soundbar. I would 100% recommend this kit for anyone who has either (or both) of the issues I faced. It is a game changer! It is heavy duty, well designed, and I think it looks good. The original legs may look a little more refined but this is overall a better setup for me.
