    When I upgraded my Mac G5 tower to the iMac 4K my two camera card readers stopped working. Although unfamiliar with the Insignia brand, I bought this one because of the small form factor (it fits under the iMac) and the price. It was truly plug & play and worked with the several different cards I use. I wish it was USB 3. Some of the latest cards are bigger than the hard drives we had a few years ago.
