We purchased this to help us in being able to update our navigation system in our car. The sd card was so small that we needed an adaptor for it. The price was perfect for what we needed and once we figured the correct way to insert the card, it was easy to use.

Recently (at work) we moved our offices from one end of the facility to the newly built offices at the other end about a quarter mile away. One box belonging to the Quality department has been misplaced. That box contained ALL of the cables for down loading data from 5 different camera's. This one memory card stick was purchased to replace 1 of those download cables. When we started to use it we found that it does actually replace 4 of the 5 different cables with is ability too read the different cards used in 4 of the 5 camera's (the 5th camera burns to a mini-Compact Disc. We have purchased several more all at the cost of less than one replacement cable. This allows for less time looking for cables and more time getting things done ( at work or at home). It is MORE than we ever expected and at a much lower cost too. We now store one with each of the camera's its small enough to fit in the camera case.

Whery handy and useful product and easy to use for pictures and movies transferring

I purchased the Insignia Memory Card Reader at an excellent price as Best Buy Deal of the Day. I have more than gotten my money's worth of use from it. I would definitely recommend, and I would buy another one without hesitation.

I travel a lot and sometimes forget to bring adaptors for my memory cards. This little device solves all of those issues. It's didn't really change my life but it did provide added convenience when trying to review photos on the road.

Very compact and versatil item.I have been looking for a card reader to back up my music from my desktop to the SC card. It can be used with regular SD cards micro SD cards. The quality and the price is just right. I recomemd this item.

Bought this USB flam inky for my work stations I don't have a card reader on my desktop but have found myself using it for every shot I take at home or work. It is a very valuable piece for such a small price and is a great investment! Well worth the get!!

I have a custom built desktop and while building it I chose not to include a card reader because I never used them. Of course I ended up needing it because I chose not to include one. However; this was an easy alternative which works very well. Good purchase.

Didn't have an sd card reader on my computer so this product was perfect. Not only does it provide the ability to read SD cards, but you can treat it just like a usb thumb drive (when SD card is inserted). Great for transferring files. Very easy to use.

I was pleasantly surprised, how easy it was to use this producty. It read my picture card fast and than I was able to transfer all of the data to my desktop computer. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends, or buy another one.

Bought this to transfer videos that I shot on my Canon DSLR onto my computer to complete a project I was working on. I had many short videos that equaled almost 5GB. Everything transferred quickly and I was able to start my project in a timely manner.

This product does everything it is supposed to do. My challenge was to load my camera's SD card onto my new tablet for editing and review. In order to do this, I also needed a C-USB cable connector which I also purchased at Best Buy.

Bought this device because my older computers couldn't recognize the High Capacity SD cards (SDHC), or did not have the slots and my cameras didn't have USB cables and I needed to transfer pictures directly from the SD card. Good price, handy and useful if you have older devices like me.

I needed to have an SD slot for my PC to work with and I found that I needed something to use that had a regular SD slot and not a Micro one. This fit the bill. So far I've had it 30 days and had no issues with it and it takes care of all my needs.

Didn't really buy this out of necessity but looked like it wouldn't be a bad thing to have around. I was right, I have used it to transfer pics to my computer and worked great. Plus as I often say the price was right as well.
