||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to assist me in troubleshooting a machine at work which was having intermittent problems with the LAN connection. It helped me work out that the problem was a combination of cable issues and a windows 10 driver/permissions/update issue, and not the on-board network interface as I feared. If the problem had turned out to be the mainboard interface, I would have left this on the computer. But instead this usb-network dongle has been added to by troubleshooting kit.
