This little battery charges up my tel very nicely. Yesterday , battery was down , wanted to make some calls comfortably from the sofa, & not bother about bringing electric cables along. Just plugged into this little battery and talked away. It seems it recharges YOUR tel battery rather than you using IT as a battery. Very neat.

I found out that my newest computer doesn't have an ethernet port when I unpacked it at home. This adapter allows me a hard wire connection to my modem. I don't know how much of a performance hit I am taking but the connection is faster than the wireless alternative.

This adapter works great on computers that really don’t have an option anymore to connect via a wired connection. If ever your wireless connection has issues, then just plug in this adapter to your USB port and you will be good to go.

Bought it for my old computer, which always dropped internet signal. Now I bought a new computer, do not need to use it. This one is useful when internet signal were not stable.

I purchased this device to connect my 23 inch second screen to a new laptop. The setup was easy and works great. The price was ok. I would recommend it if you require a solution such as I did.

Maybe it’s my network or maybe I missed something but it doesn’t seem to work so well for me and I keep getting dropped from my network. My other devices seem to be ok, but using this device on my laptop doesn’t seem so great

I have used Insignia connection cords and adapters almost exclusively for well over a year now. They have all worked great and lasted. Only 1 failed, and that was because I caught it in a car door. I will definitely stick with this brand when I can.

Does the job that it supposed to do. Although the specs says that it is a 1 Gigabit adaptor it only goes as fast as 100 Mbps. Otherwise, no problem, plug and play.

Our church purchased this to allow live streaming of our worship services (camera connected to a laptop without an ethernet port). We have not encountered any trouble, slow-downs or buffering at all. We're quite pleased.

We had a office with Wifi issues, and our Chromebooks were constantly dropping connection. We needed to add a physical ethernet port, and these did the trick with no setup, plugged it in and it started to work. If you are in need, I would recommend them.

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. I knocked off one star because it seems overpriced. Could have gotten a cheaper one but I needed it immediately, couldn't wait 2 days. Would buy again

Mac compatible (probably Linux, too). Makes and easy wired connection for my Macbook Air. Sometimes I can't tell if my computer is connected to the network. An activity LED would fix that. Otherwise, works as it should. Gives me a better connection than our sorry corporate wireless.

Bought this thinking that I could use it across both my windows and Mac OS platforms. Unfortunately it doesn't work with Mac OS version 10.14. At least until they update the driver.

This is the best device to add clarity when I have to share my screen on conference calls. Before my grafts and videos would be blurred, scrambled or drag, now everything comes through with excellent clarity.

Probably a good product. It didn't work with the item I wanted to use it with. Works with others though. Not everything will function by converting USB to Ethernet. I wanted to use it to connect a WiFi hot spot to my router. No such luck with that.
