I am using different laptop brands and this is perfect to have because you will be able to use it in any computer/devices regardless of the brand.

the ethernet usb adapter is magical and provides unicorn like internet speeds up to 1gbps depending on your network, I was pleased with the 300 mbps it gave me.

Since Laptops do not seem to include Cat5 inputs, this is a cheap fix and more secure then using wireless. I highly recommend, good craftsmanship and fast throughput speeds.

old computer blew out its ethernet port after a lightning strike. Bought this as a cheap quick solution. Installed the software easily and works great. Been several months and still no complaints

It does only 1 job, converts the USB port of my laptop into a network adapter. I use it whenever a land line is required. Very small so I can carry it on trips to hotels that do not have WiFi.

Perfect for a computer that has no ethernet port or if it is not working. Plug and play, also 3.0 usb is a plus. It comes with an install disc but was not needed.
