    These are $10-$15 online and other shops. Basically these things don’t need to be of such high quality to output hdmi and usb-c. Nothing makes the signal better in hdmi. When you want to connect a smart device to a monitor for a one time use or an occasional situation get one super cheap. This cord isn’t a necessity, but more needed in a pinch and we couldn’t wait to find a cheaper option. Still it does the job, and it’s up to the persons needs or situation if they want to invest into something like this. Me it was a one time situation and we will never use it again, but it’s nice to have something like this for that rare occasion.
