    Fast as I hoped for and connects instantly after inserting as card. If I can recall correctly transfer speeds were about 280mb. That’s a huge upgrade to me coming from 40-80mb if I were lucky from my previous reader that stopped working and would constantly disconnect and reconnect.

    I just transferred 31.1gb of data from a memory card to my laptop in 22 minutes. That was 8,483 .jpg files. So not bad at all. Laptop is running 13th Gen I5 at 2.6ghz, 16gb 4800mhz Crucial ram and a 500gb SSD.

    I am a wedding videographer. After a recent wedding I had a 20 minute film stuck on my Nikon z6ii. No matter what I did, I couldn’t remove the film until I got this reader! Not only did it load the video to my computer, but it did it in under 3 seconds!!

    I have been very satisfied with the insignia card reader. It works very well, comes with a nice durable usb c cord and usb a adapter, and most importantly it doesnt randomly quit working like some free usb card readers that come with cheap sd cards.
