Very pleasantly surprised by this. I was unhappy with the sound quality of the integrated mic on my web cam. On the strength of the good reviews I tried this one. A pretty little unit, and the build quality is quite amazing, very substantial, beautifully made. Sound quality is just excellent. Because it's a cardioid pattern you need to spend a couple of minutes finding the optimal placement, but I'm frankly astonished by the sound quality for the price. Set up and operation couldn't be easier. The big visible illuminated mute button right on the top is a great feature. This is a winner. I will definitely consider Insignia products when shopping for tech in the future, based on the quality of this product and the very attractive price.

This was a gift for my husband. He partipates in Zoom Meetings with other musicians and his laptop didn't provide a good microphone. This one works great, easy to set up and use and is a reasonable price.

Nice USB mic for folks who want a better microphone. I use it for recording Musical instrument as well as audio blog and it has exceeded my expectations. it is not one of those high end microphones but packs a lot of punch for its category. Loving it.

I purchased this mic to use during Zoom meetings. It has good pickup and works seamlessly with my laptop computer. It is plug and play with no configuration necessary. I like the looks and the performance.

Works great for making phone calls while at your desktop. My Mac mini didn't come with a built in mic, so this was a simple fix. Everyone who I talk to using this thing says the audio is as clear as could be. Very happy...

For the price point it’s at its a really good mic it sounds good and is good quality, only issue is it’s pretty small but it’s not that bad.

The mic on my computer produced uneven sound. The Insignia external mic solves that problem. It attaches through a USB port- so easy. Fair price also.

I wanted something quick and easy to set up for the Zoom meetings I had to start conducting from home. All I had to do was plug it into my laptop. I no longer have any trouble with the audio on my meetings.

Had ordered this mic as this COVID pandemic has forced us to work from home. Wearing a headset the whole day was causing me headaches and was looking for a mic at a good price point. This mic fit the purpose and so far has worked well for webex calls
