The only issue I have had is when the mic is on mute it seems to make the sound go really low in some instances. I unmute the mic and the sound goes back to normal. This has happened on multiple Windows based Dell laptops.

It isn't as portable as the other little one that plugs into your phone. That's my favorite, But this one can only plug into a computer. Nevertheless, I enjoy the product. Thanks and God bless you.

A normal mic wasn't doing it, so I bougth my daughter this microphone and it was a game changer. Now sound is better and she did a lot better in class.
