I use this mike for ZOOM sessions. It is directional (cardiod) and so it picks up my voice without interference from my speakers. Included instructions explain how to set it up in Control Panel under "Speech Recognition".

This microphone does complete justice to the price you pay for it. The voice quality and the range is pretty good. It also has an indicator to show if the microphone is muted.

Built in microphones are fine, but when comes time to put your best foot forward they miss the mark. My search on BestBuy.com paid off! What a great value, packed with performance. It’s as good, if not better than described.

I ask the associate for accessory to participate in zoom meetings since my Dell desktop computer I purchased from you did not have a camera or a microphone. He showed me a screen on his computer that had various price ranges of product to fit my need. I assumed he was showing me what I had ask for and I selected a reasonable priced accessory. I waited about 2 weeks before installing and on the first zoom meeting the next week I discovered that I did not have a camera. I feel the associate did not pay attention to my requirements and showed me a screen that had products that did not fit my needs. CAN YOU HELP ME RETURN THE MICROPHONE AND PURCHASE A MICROPHONE/CAMERA COMBINATION? THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE.

Not a great sounding microphone. Needs alot of work with software to sound good. If it had more accessories to customize direction and placement that could help alot.

This was a gift for my father-in-law who dictates his class lesson plans. He loves it.

Replaced bothersome piggybacked mic/camera combo with this microphone and it is great! It was plug and play and we seniors love that. It is excellent for our Zoom meetings with family and friends.

Microphone lasted a little over two months and 12 days outside the return window. The port that the micro usb cable fits into located on the microphone was pushed in too far on the mic. After detaching and attaching the USB a total of 4 times, the metal port was pushed into the microphone. The sound quality was great, but microphone quality was NOT made to last.

Great microphone for the price just plug usb into computer plus its micro usb so you probably have an extra cable laying around

Sturdy, doesn’t feel cheap. Use it to record on my iPhone and for video conferencing, sound is decent. Good inexpensive microphone for beginners.

Works great easy to install. Bought it because internal speaker was not working, turns out I did not need it after all because internal speaker got fixed by APPLE SUPPORT.

Per my 15 year old, "it works." He's not thrilled with it. He says sometimes it's hard for other people to hear him.

We use this with our laptops because it seems to pick up our voices on zoom calls better than our laptops' built in microphones.

I had a board meeting that required several people to remote in. There were three on us in a conference room using social distancing. This mic worked very well and picked up all sounds.

Great product, no issues when playing games. Other players can hear me very well. The only problem is the usb plug on the back of the mic is hard to insert or pull out, it is super tight.

My step-daughter uses this at her dorm almost daily.

It worked the first time i used it, but I unplugged it and now it isn't working as well. I believe it is meant to leave plugged in. So never unplug it. I have to calibrate it again, and maybe it will work well again.
