    I just bought this for my grandson. This is his response when I asked how it works. “ It works its just really loud and its makes a really loud ringing noise or something when i get done talking” It looks like I’ll have to return it.

    did not work-waste of my time and moneduring Covid

    Daughter need to do virtual classroom for school, & all she has is a desk top computer. On Zoom we could see & hear others, but no one could hear her, so she could not participate. Called Best Buy thru my Tech Warranty. She told me we needed to buy a headset with microphone to solve the issue. Daughter did not want headsets, so bought just the microphone. Blue light comes on, but she still cannot be heard on Zoom. Waste of money, and time, and going out doing online ordering and special Best Buy pick up due to Covid 19, for nothing!! And I went buy what the experts said to do! Now, I can't return it, due to Covid 19!!

    Not impressed. My laptop microphone worked just as well according to my co-workers on video conferencing.

    Only an empty box showed up. It came from Texas instead of locally and then they were out of the item.

    $127…. The usb connector hardly stays in. Very unreliable product. Have to fiddle with it greatly in order for the mic to detect the usb.

    I tried to use in for a Zoom class twice. Both times they said they could barely hear me so I unplugged it, and they heard me better! Went to return it after 2nd try, but it was too long a period. Amazon has better return policy. I lost $40 bucks. Plus, the plug was difficult to get into the microphone.

    I don't know if this was a problem with the microphone or with its use on my computer. I decided that my computer's microphone was sufficient and better than an auxiliary microphone. The microphone seemed heavy and durable and may be good on a different computer and application.

    It didn’t work. A bummer because I’ve used this brand of microphones before and they usually worked. I try everything but it seems it came broken.

    Could not get it to work on my Dell laptop. No driver available. Took it and my computer in to Best Buy and the tech could not get it working either.
