Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I purchased this for Gaming, a usage that was not reviewed by anyone, at least I did not see any reviews related for gaming. I wanted a way to communicate with teammates in game without having to use my headset as it is bulky and after long sessions gets uncomfortable. I did not have much money to spend so at this moment getting a Yeti was not an option. All reviews otherwise on this mic were overall good so I decided to take a chance. Out of the box the build quality for a product at this price point was great in my opinion. the USB cord it comes with is long enough that you can place the mic on your desk anywhere you like. The stand holds the mic securely where you adjust it. I used it on a several hour long gaming session with friends connecting through Discord and on automatic mode and not push to talk. I did lower the volume of the game in the game options and did not play with the speakers blaring as loud as normal but loud enough to comfortably hear. Nobody complained about any feedback from speakers or any echos and everyone could hear me loud and clear. The mic sensitivity in Windows was set to 65. I am sure however that if I were playing at full volume there would have been background noise picked up by the Mic. So far so good on a cheap alternative to using my headset. I would say the only thing it would be missing would be some sort of software to manage noise canceling and what not but again, for the price I cannot complain at all.

I didn’t know it did that u til people finally worked up the courage to tell me. These are important meetings with plenty of presentations . It’s disappointing that right our of the box, I had these issues.
