Nice product but not for me

However, it didn't work for my needs. When I plugged it into a USB port on my laptop in order to add a second external monitor, my wireless mouse and keyboard (also controlled by an tiny adapter in another USB port) stopped working. I had to return the adapter I had purchased. Best Buy made returning my product very easy. I could have taken it to a store but I chose to ship it back. Best Buy sent me a UPS label.
