I had an hdmi cable connected to both ports at the same time, but the 1080p one readjusted itself to fit only a small portion of the screen. Not sure if I did something wrong.

When reading the documentation, it's saying that the drivers will automatically install on Windows 10 or 11 if Windows Update is enabled. I've enabled Windows Update and checked that the machine is up to date, but the drivers still won't install automatically. No worries, though. I can go to Insignia's website and manually download the drivers, and be all set, right? WRONG! There website doesn't have any drivers for this stupid product. So if you get unlucky like me and the drivers don't install automatically, well guess you just paid $60 for a brick because you can't manually download them! Please, do NOT buy this garbage product!

After researching more into the ASUS laptop, the USB-C was a gen1 and it would only support data or charging, does not support dual displays. This little beauty works like a champ, the USB connector could be a little longer, but works with the USB connection.
