    Plugged in the device and driver didn’t download automatically like the manual said. Went to the Insignia website, no driver available for download. Called Insignia’s help desk and they said “oh yeah, looks like it’s not available. I don’t think this works anymore. You should return it and get something else”. No idea why it’s still being sold in stores if insignia says it doesn’t work anymore

    Sometimes I have to reseat the USB cable because one of the HDMI outputs is not recognized. Apart from that the adapts works pretty well.
