    The driver did not install and therefore I was not able to use it. Had to return. It is definitely worth spending the extra $30 on a docking station instead

    Not what I needed and it is on its way back. I had to go through so many people before I could get an answer to my questions. Best Buy has a really unprofessional way of dealing with phone questions and sales. I’m so very disappointed! I would rate this differently if it was the correct item to use!!!

    I bought this based on advice from a Geek Squad chat session. It was the wrong item for my issue of hooking up my new Sonos equipment purchased from Best Buy. I returned it to Best Buy.

    I had to return it as it didn't work with my macbook pro 10.15.7 It wouldn't process(?) 65 watts

    Terrible product. Constantly disconnecting

    Constantly disconnecting from my monitor. I bought on in early November, it started acting up right before the return window. I exchanged it for the exact same one and still have the same problem. But this time it’s after the return window. Now I’m down $60 and stuck with a broken adapter.

    Didn’t work. Best Buy would not take back because box was opened and didn’t return in 15 days. Intended to apply credit to a monitor but will buy monitor elsewhere. BB’s poor customer service will result in me shopping elsewhere.

    It worked great the first day of use. Then next day I couldn’t get my second monitor to work. I tried to update the driver. No such luck on the insignia website. I researched a fix online and tried rebooting with multiple different sequences of plugging and unplugging. It will be returned. $69 paper weight at this point. Using Windows 10 on a company Lenovo.
