I reversed the HDMI cable, which did not change it. I had to move the screens around, which I found to be "odd". Otherwise, a good product. It works.

Needing multiple windows open at once for work, this adapter is exactly what I needed. I have one for home and one for the office.

My XPS 15 9500 couldn't handle it.

I just wish my Dell XPS could have handled having 2 (Dell) 1080p monitors connected to it. Alas, the laptop wigged out big time. It can only handle 1 additional monitor. So do your best to know whether your computer can handle 2 additional monitors. I was trying to display my switch screen to my laptop screen but it didn't work. I need a capture card instead. I decided to try this first since the store didn't have a capture card. Had to return it since I didn't have a use for it but regardless this is still well made.

I use 4 to 5 screens @ home and when out of town am limited to 3 if i remember to bring the right ca bn les with me. This time I forgot to pack my docking station & cables. I only was able to have my laptop screen and 1 other so I pick this up to get me back up and running. This product worked great, price was high and @ the time they didn't have a good selection to choose from. Work out good in the end.
