    Did not do what I was hoping it would do still wanted me to load drivers challenge when network is not working, I think I will use SneakerNet to get it working.

    Max speed I got was just under 200mbps on a USB 3.0 port. Needed 1 gbps.

    I don’t recall ever having to return any type of internet/technical device to Best Buy. But my ethernet connection didn’t work properly using this adapter. It could have also been my laptop, I don’t know, but I couldn’t connect.

    Hardware good. Software install was a challenge. Could have been my laptop but the software install was not intuitive. I had to check my devices to see that it was installed and functioning.
